John 15:5 I came across this Devotional last week. As I read it, I’m sorry to say, I was surprised that I could relate to it so strongly. I was convicted in my spirit. I find that I’m also dependent on my phone and reach for it without thinking. Am I that dependent on my relationship with my Savior? Is He the one I turn to when I have a few moments, or when I need someone to talk to? Is He the one I seek when I need advice? I pray that these words will encourage you to think about who and what you depend on... My phone was broken and out of warranty. No problem, I won’t mind a few days off the grid... or so I thought.
